Shipping within Germany

Insured shipping costs 7,90€ within Germany. If you buy more than one item, you only pay for shipping once. From an order value of 250,00€ or more shipping is free of charge. Orders are usually shipped out the next business day and should reach you within 1-3 business days.

Shipping within the EU

Due to the current EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we are currently forced to suspend shipping to certain EU countries. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to find a solution as soon as possible.

Our standard shipping rate to EU countries is 22,90€. Please be advised that the transit time on product pages only applies to shipping within Germany. Transit time for packages outside of Germany is generally 3-5 business days.

Shipping outside the EU

Our standard rate for shipping to non-EU countries is 34,90€ up to a value of 1000€. For a higher value of goods, the shipping costs are 99.90€. Please note that the delivery times stated on the product pages only apply to shipping within Germany. The transit time for parcels to non-EU countries is usually 1-2 weeks.

Express delivery

If you need your delivery faster, we can also arrange express delivery on an individual basis. Simply contact us and let us know the delivery address. We will then calculate the costs for express delivery on a daily basis.

Payment

You can pay in advance by bank transfer or Paypal.

Public organisations have the option of paying via invoice with a payment term of 14 days net. To do this, please create a customer account and let us know via the contact form that you are interested in invoice purchasing. After reviewing, we will activate the invoice option for your account.
